Do seniors have to tolerate antics?

Like within any profession, there are always a few rotten eggs that manage to fly under radars.

These practitioners seem to revel in the unethical while demonstrates suggest law license was purchased from the back of the National Enquirer.

Is there ever a time when one should be more assertive with these types of attorneys?

Absolutely and take comfort in knowing that judges are generally quite familiar with their antics and are as unimpressed as you are.
