Specializations within laxities under the law allowed - combined with human nature evidence trends toward: to be as fashionably poor a professional as one can be while getting away with it as norm.
Obsession with technical language manipulation that discounts importance of rules has become way of life that defines practices.
Speakers of law have undermined evolution dating back to Moses.
The same trend is quite evident in most professions; Ethics is no longer “In the Air.”
Gallup regularly polls Americans on their attitude toward a range of professions.
As was back in the seventies trend to rate in sameness today- Low regards for the honesty of lawyers that rank below business executives and not comfortably above Used Car salesmen.

What is ethics?

A practitioner includes what is written in codes of ethics, ethics opinions, case law, and statute.
As a philosophical discipline, legal ethics would not only describe what, for example, the ABA’s Model rules say or mean, but would also ask whether a ‘MORAL’ AGENT can rationally ‘ENDORSE’ the rule (and if they can why).
What is the ethical nature of the profession?
To solve their ethical problems between the adversary system and truth under God concerning what is best overall system of justice.
Code says lawyers at minimum are to provide a reasonable guide to what a lawyer should do.
For harder questions, however, there is no substitute for the philosophical approach.
Legal ethics teaches sensitizing to ethical problems, provides knowledge helpful in the solution of those problems, improves ethical judgment, and increases ethical commitment.
Basically ethical knowledge is whatever knowledge is relevant to resolving issues of legal ethics.
Under current licensing, judgment is perceived to improve within practice that includes defending decisions by reasoned argument in the face of reasoned criticism.

The human race is in the midst of making an evolutionary leap.
Whether or not we succeed in that leap depends on personal responsibility.

Our essential, central, crucial task is to transform into community creatures.
It is the only way that Human Evolution will be able to proceed.
Our Evil shadow
Evidence is everywhere; highly intelligent people who are quite conscious in most respects have very specific unwillingness to acknowledge their shadow.
They refuse to bear pains of responsibility, guilt, or to allow subsequent shadows into consciousness and meet them
Evidences compass many; routinely without hesitation set about – often at great efforts – militantly try to destroy the evidence of their own sins or anyone who speaks of it or represents it and in this destruction - Evil is truly committed.
Illinois senior citizens have earned their rights to expect under God - safe retirement environments that are state free of licensed organized care predators and protection firm racketeers.
Wise officials learn not to dread, but actually welcome problems because it is in this whole process of meeting and solving problems that life has its meaning.
We are all called to be peacemakers like it or not.
The keystone of the strategy to win the war of peacemaking in community, and the weapons can only be those of love.
In conclusion: reality, like God, is something that can only be approached.
For public record- Governor and Lt. Governor are both media approached.
The gate of Eden is forever barred from us by cherubim’s with a flaming sword.
So in many ways we are both blessed and cursed by consciousness.
With it comes the awareness of realities in Good and Evil tyrannies of humanity.
Jung is accredited within translations for the masses, his reoccurred popularity has a great deal to do with publications presented at the right time just when gnawing’s in dissatisfactions are beginning to be felt relatively saying nothing really new exists under the sun just retitled.
FAIRNESS REQUIRES THAT THE SAME LOGIC AND LAW BE USED IN CASES THAT HAVE SIMILAR FACTS.
EACH INDIVIDUAL ELEMENT OF THE LAW MUST MATCH WITHIN ELEMENT OF THE FACTS IN ORDER FOR THE LAW TO BE SAID TO APPLY.
